“Teecycle” Dress Tutorial and GIVEAWAY!!!! - This idea works well for soiled shirts. If the stain is near the middle or bottom of the shirt you can simply cut it off. The cute shirt pictured to the left was from Gymboree. I liked the embroidered strawberries and didn’t want to throw it away just because it happened to have a chocolate milk stain.

Little Red Riding Hood - It’s all about the fairy tales this week. Today I made a simple Little Red Riding Hood stuffed doll. Just a few pattern pieces cut from scraps plus a little embroidery and you’re set. I used red flannel for the cape, wool felt for the face and some vintage fabric for the dress.
Molly’s Sketchbook: Tooth Fairy Bags - When I was a kid I just stuck my forsaken tooth into an envelope, put it under my pillow, and hoped for the best. We thought we’d try to make the whole ritual a little more fun by making a colorful bag complete with a special tooth-shaped pocket for the baby tooth. The Tooth Fairy can take away the tooth and leave the loot in the bag.

There are many of these out there, but I wanted one to go with this. I was also asked on how to make the ruffles for the purple dress I did, so I have that included as well.
